Qualis Construction Ltd is a full-service General Contractor established in 2017. Our core business focuses on new commercial, light industrial, renovations, and leasehold improvements. We also provide special services to the multi-family and hospitality industry performing interior renovations.

Our Story

Our Founder, Jeremy Parker, is originally from Nova Scotia, a member of the Bear River First Nations and is   Status Mik’maq. Like most, he came to Alberta to seek his fortune in the oil and gas industry but gravitated to the carpentry trade and elevated himself to the superintendent’s role prior to becoming a single proprietor of Qualis Construction Ltd. The Qualis brand is defined as “Quality” in Latin and is synonymous with how Jeremy wishes for his firm to be identified by. 

Jeremy’s vision for Qualis is an open, direct, collaborative, and safe construction company that doesn’t lose sight of who we are and why we are here; to “Serve the Client”. 

We are a company of highly skilled professionals and trade craftsmen. To ensure that we continue to have a sustainable group of craftsmen, it’s imperative to ensure that we fully engage our trades people by providing coaching and mentoring and opportunities to grow within the organization. We are actively involved in local apprenticeship programs and continue to encourage our employees to participate in its’ programs, training, and professional development.   

We also pride ourselves and encourage our employees to be actively involved within the community. Past associations have been with the United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and various Minor Sport Associations.
