Jeremy Parker
Owner/ President
With many years of dynamic experience, starting as a labourer, becoming a tradesman, and quickly developing to site superintendent, Jeremy, now the owner of Qualis Construction, has expertly managed all construction phases, from greenfield and brownfield sites to the completion of major developments. His responsibilities have encompassed on-site safety control, quality assurance, and the administration of trades and subcontractors.
Jeremy's extensive experience spans hazardous site demolitions, condo conversions, full development of major multifamily and retirement facilities, and light industrial projects. His expertise, derived from being the most front-line worker, has proven successful in dissecting multitudes of unique projects and fostering strongly bonded teams, resulting in long-standing relationships and successful project delivery.
Josh Ouelette
Safety Administrator
Josh Ouelette's meticulous approach to safety and documentation has ensured that there has never been a major incident or injury on a Qualis Construction worksite. He firmly believes that this diligence pays off.
Starting as a laborer over three years ago at Qualis Construction, Josh has progressed to an apprentice carpenter, safety adviser, Health & Safety Representative, and even foreman for a major project. His key achievements include leading the company to SECOR certification and improving site productivity and relationships as a foreman at Windsor Park Plaza & Lofts. Every project teaches him new lessons, continually enhancing his skills and contributing to the team's success. Josh's next goal is to become a National Construction Safety Officer.
Ken Parker
Chief Estimator/ Preconstruction Manager
Although Ken carries himself with overwhelming humility, his experience reaches over 3 decades of note worthy experience. His impact and demeanour is forever embedded in the industry and our city. When Ken isn’t enjoying brainstorming with clients, drafting in house drawings and bringing teams together, he keeps busy at the family farm with his parents in the family homestead. Of course this goes hand and hand with his hobbies of hunting, fishing and almost anything else that you could fathom country cool.
Trevor Stoten
Construction Manager
With nearly three decades in the trades, Trevor Stoten began as a masonry laborer at 17, progressing through a carpentry apprenticeship where he earned top apprentice honors and ultimately achieved his journeyman carpentry certificate. His career has evolved from journeyman to foreman, superintendent, and now project manager. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys woodworking, sports, and spending time fishing and camping with his family.
Trevor has managed a variety of projects, including the $2.5M Grant MacEwan Social Innovation Hub with innovative timber framing, AHS renovations under $500K requiring contamination control, and tenant improvements ranging from $200K to $1.5M. His experience also includes overseeing $3.5M in facility improvements for the City of Leduc, high-end home renovations from $250K to $800K, and a $2.3M restaurant transformation into a pub-style eatery.
Nicholas Pagnotta
Junior Superintendent
Nicholas Pagnotta has always been fascinated by how “things” are put together. Becoming a carpenter was a lifelong dream, inspired by the amazing products that can be made with beautiful and exotic woods, from fireplace mantels and custom guitars to concrete structures and decorative concrete.
Nicholas is a task-oriented person who believes in taking a step back to organize details, order of operations, and perspective to create a clear plan ready for execution. Spending quality time with his family is the most important and valuable way he enjoys his personal time. He also enjoys various extracurricular activities such as outdoor activities and making music, and when not engaged in these, he is often buried in a good book. Honesty and empathy are two of his most important values.
Throughout his career, Nicholas has worked in every sector, ranging from residential to heavy industrial construction. The best lesson he has learned during his experiences is to always do the best you can, no matter how simple or complicated the task may be.
Adam Hammond
Senior Superintendent
Adam Hammond embarked on his journey with Qualis Construction in late December 2023. A few weeks prior to joining, Jeremy invited him to the company's Christmas party, where he met the entire team. Witnessing the drive and passion of these gentlemen to revolutionize the construction industry truly inspired Adam. When offered the chance to be part of this exciting adventure, he couldn’t say no.
With 22 years of experience in the industry, Adam began his career building furniture in a cabinet shop, which led to several commercial and industrial projects as a carpenter. Over time, he mastered the trades and transitioned into a management role, where he shares his experiences and knowledge while continually learning.
Adam finds it an honor to work with Jeremy and the staff at Qualis. The team's quick and non-judgmental communication and their commitment to ensuring everyone's success at the end of the day make for a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Outside of work, Adam and his family are deeply involved in charitable events supporting cancer research, having lost two close family members to the disease in recent years. He has also dedicated significant time to Habitat for Humanity and the Make-A-Wish Foundation and participates in Secret Santa when possible. Additionally, last year, he fostered a child, helping to improve her lifestyle, education, and involvement in extracurricular programs. Whenever there is an opportunity to help, Adam is always ready to take action.
