Construction Management

Qualis Construction acts as the owners advocate and works collaboratively with the owner’s design team to assist with the planning, design, and construction from the beginning to completion of a project. This delivery model allows for full engagement of the owner, architect, and builder simultaneously.

Design / Build

Qualis Construction would be the single point of responsibility for the project as the “Design Builder” and placed in charge of both the design and construction of a project subcontracting both the various construction and specialty trades as well as the entire scope of design services. The benefits of Design-Build allow us to implement a fast-track approach to the project by starting early phases of construction before the total design is complete. Reduction in overall completion times and lower costs ultimately lead to a quicker occupancy of your project.
